These Terms govern your use of this site and the conduct of every engagement with Elevara Executive Leadership Institute (the "Institute"). Specific programs are governed by their own written engagement letter, which prevails over these Terms in the event of conflict.
1 · Admission
Admission to every Elevara program is at the sole discretion of the Office of the Principal. Admission is decided through a private dialogue and is recorded in a written engagement letter that constitutes the full contractual basis of the work.
2 · Investment & Settlement
Investment levels are set out in the engagement letter. Investment is settled in advance of the relevant intensive or convening, on the terms specified. The Institute does not publish, and does not negotiate, program investment.
Where an engagement is underwritten by the leader's organization, the engagement letter is countersigned by the sponsoring office. The Institute maintains full confidentiality of program material regardless of sponsorship.
3 · Cancellation & Postponement
A leader admitted to a cohort program accepts the cadence published in the engagement letter. Where the leader is unable to attend a scheduled intensive, an alternative private session is arranged at no additional investment.
Withdrawal from a program is at the leader's election, subject to the cancellation schedule in the engagement letter. The Institute reserves the right to conclude an engagement, with a written explanation, where mutual fit ceases to obtain.
4 · Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, instruments, and editorial output of the Institute are the property of Elevara Executive Leadership Institute, provided to the leader for private use within the engagement. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used to deliver any competing offering.
Reflections, written work, and personal output authored by the leader during the program remain the property of the leader.
5 · Confidentiality
The engagement is governed by the Elevara Confidentiality Charter, which is incorporated into the engagement letter by reference. The leader undertakes to honor the same standard with respect to cohort members.
6 · Use of This Website
Visitors may view, print, and reference the editorial content of this site for personal, non-commercial use. The Elevara wordmark, visual identity, and design system are protected and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7 · Limitations
The Institute provides developmental work of the highest professional standard. The Institute does not provide legal, financial, medical, or psychological treatment, and does not warrant any specific organizational or business outcome. Outcomes are co-created with the leader.
8 · Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, with the courts of London as the exclusive forum, save where the engagement letter specifies an alternative jurisdiction for the work in question.
