This policy explains how Elevara Executive Leadership Institute (the "Institute") collects, holds, uses, and protects the personal information of leaders, inquirers, and visitors. It applies to all touchpoints across this website, our offices, and our programs.
1 · Information We Collect
We collect only the personal information necessary to evaluate fit, deliver a program, or respond to an inquiry. This includes your name, organization, role, contact details, the substance of your inquiry, and — where you have entered a program — the information you elect to share within the developmental process.
When you visit this website, we collect minimal technical information (device type, page paths, broad geography) for the sole purpose of maintaining the site. We do not run advertising trackers. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing.
2 · How We Use Your Information
- ·To respond to your inquiry — substantively and within one business day.
- ·To prepare a bespoke program outline if fit is mutual.
- ·To deliver the program to which you have been admitted.
- ·To meet our legal, regulatory, and tax obligations across the jurisdictions in which we operate.
We do not use your information for any other purpose without your explicit written permission.
3 · Confidentiality of Program Material
Material generated during an Elevara program — your reflections, assessments, written work, and the substance of cohort conversations — is governed by our Confidentiality Charter. It is held by the Office of the Principal alone, never shared with your organization without your written direction, and never used for marketing.
4 · Where We Hold Your Information
The Institute operates from New York, London, and Singapore. Personal information is held on encrypted infrastructure within the European Economic Area, with access restricted to the Office of the Principal and authorised program staff. We do not transfer personal information to jurisdictions without adequate protection.
5 · Your Rights
You may at any time request a copy of the information we hold about you, request a correction, request deletion, or withdraw a previously granted permission. Requests are responded to within ten business days.
For all privacy requests, write to contact@elevara.institute.
6 · Retention
Inquiry information is retained for twelve months from the close of the dialogue, after which it is destroyed unless a program engagement has commenced. Program records are retained for the duration of your engagement and for seven years thereafter for legal and continuity purposes, unless you direct otherwise.
7 · Changes to This Policy
Material changes to this policy are published on this page with an updated date. Where changes affect existing leaders, we provide individual notice.
If you have questions about how Elevara handles your information, the Office of the Principal welcomes your contact at contact@elevara.institute.
